Background
I first got into growth when I joined RockBoost, the 1st growth hacking agency in the Netherlands, as their first full time employee. I got to work with over a 100 companies of all sizes and industries as well as ended up leading their consulting team of 14 growth hackers.
From there I moved on to the brand side at Heights and as their Head of Growth I helped them 10x their customer base whilst coaching other D2C companies.
Now I'm a freelance growth coach helping founders and Head of Growths navigate various growth challenges from scaling channels to finding Product-Market Fit.
Writing Style
There is more and more content out there on growth but too much of it focuses on how it should go in theory. I love to write about the reality, the messiness of growth and how to practically solve for that.
